Shipping policy

YYBB ART made it our priority to offer the best shipping service to all our customers around the world. All shipping times provided are estimates only.

1.How much does it cost shipping?

Free shipping is available for international orders over $49 in most regions and countries. For a few regions and countries, we use commercial express to transport your package, so the free shipping terms are different.And under $49 shipping Fee is $6.99. If you have any questions, please contact us.

2.Order Processing Time

It is approximately 1 to 5 business days. Processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year and national holidays. Please calculate this into overall shipping times.

3.I’ve put down the wrong shipping info/size order/variant order! What do I do?

Prevention is this best protocol for this scenario. Please triple check that all information submitted is correct when following the purchasing process. 

If you do happen to make any error, please contact shop@yybbart.com as soon as possible and we will try and correct the error.

As our products are processed the day of the purchase submission, we cannot guarantee your purchase info will be corrected. All customers will be subject to re-purchasing the desired items if an error occurs.

4.Cancellations

Occasionally an item sells out and we may need to cancel your order. If for any reason your item is unavailable, we will notify you by email and you will be refunded in full.

5.How long will it take to receive my order?

About 7-30 days (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)

Processing time: 1-5 business days.(Processing Time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching your order. It can be affected by the stock status of individual items, national holidays, etc. Any problem we will contact you in advance, don’t worry.)

Shipping time: 7-15 business days to US, please allow 3-4 weeks shipping to other country.(Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays.)

6.How do I track my order?

You will get an e-mail from us telling you that your order has been shipped,and there's a tracking number and tracking website inside of it. You can track through the link in the email.

7.Why I haven't received my parcel yet?

8.IMPORTANT

we are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at shop@yybbart.com as soon as possible. However there is a 72 hour wait list for email, therefore, if your order has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is out of our control.

9.Customs Fee

In some countries, duties and taxes are required to be paid before the goods are released from customs. Customs fees are sole the responsibility of the customer. YYBB ART does not offer refunds or returns under circumstances where customs fees are not paid by the customer and orders are not cleared. Please note, in rare instances, custom agents may delay the release of orders at their discretion.Please contact your local customs office if you have any additional question.
